Sat Nam and Welcome to my webpage!

The thing is, I woke up one morning, not so long ago, and discovered I was 70!  How did that happen?  I found I wanted to create a space where I could explore that question, recalling the memories and reflecting on the journey.  I also want to embrace this moment of life and express the wonder and gratitude I feel about the innumerable blessings which I feel showering down upon me in the here and now.  And finally, I am starting in earnest to contemplate the final steps of this journey, saying goodbye to dear old friends and preparing myself for the moment of stepping off this earthly plain and into the Unknown…

Please know this webpage is a work-in-progress… and will probably always be.  And also, that I am doing this for myself, to reflect, embrace and contemplate my life’s journey… and share, with anyone who may be interested: stories, photos, music, musings, yoga classes… let you know where I am in the world so we can enjoy one another in time and space … and hopefully hear from you if somehow our stories intertwine… 

So here we go… first off I want to share my music and the stories behind the songs of my latest CD, “Travel Light”.  Let you know my teaching and traveling schedule for the next year.  And share with you slide show I put together about the beginnings of Kundalini Yoga in Germany with the story of Guru Ram Das Ashram 1974 – 1994.
